this n' that

sooo Thanksgiving came and went - it was a great day had by all and lots of great food and laughs! Black Friday came and went as well - leading up to it with all the commercials I could not believe how early some of the stores were opening (or not even closing, WALMART!). I had no intention of getting up early - but Noah had other ideas - seems to be on the same "weekday" schedule even if it's a vacation time or weekend...arrgghhh:( Oh well - we went out and did a bit of shopping - nothing too high on the priority lists though. The sales were okay, but not anything to scream about - I guess if you were looking for a tv or washer/dryer combo maybe you would've hit the jackpot, but we have plenty of both so I got a nice brown rug for the front door! Haha!


And that was pretty much the extent of my shopping - I took Noah home to take a nap while Curt went off to scour through the rest of the stores (such a trooper!).

Now for the fun part = Christmas Decorations! We put up the lights last weekend and to me they look the best they have in all the years we've put them up (which is a total of 4 years!) pretty blue lights and even better they were on sale and Curt did a fantastic job!
