Happy Halloween!

We don't usually 'do' Halloween at our house... I do believe this is the first year we've actually taken Noah trick 'o' treating...since he's been born.  We've had a couple of costumes...the typical baby pumpkin, Elmo... not sure what he was last year?  Maybe Elmo twice...hmm.  This year we went all out...and by all out I mean both boys got costumes...real ones...no make 'em up here... And we've had them for a couple of months!  Noah asked a while back, 'momma maybe I can wear this costume a lot?  It's pretty warm..."  I thought wow this kid is wicked smart to know this would be a warm coat for him... and it would... and since he'll probably only fit it this year - we may just wear it out... I mean really what is the big deal - it's warm, fleece, velcro (easy on easy off) and has a kick butt hood!  I think both boys may wear this more than just for tonight!  Mark didn't go out to the houses - he was stuck at home with me, but I don't think he cared much... in fact I think he had a blast - every time the door bell rang he "oooohhed" and ran full throttle to the door to see who was there!  It was sure cute...I'm glad he was home with me and I got to witness that reaction.  Some of the little kids that came I was sure he wanted them to come in and play a while...and they sort of looked like they'd rather do that too... ahh us parents... trying to get the most out of a costume and season... :)  Check out the pictures.... we are definitely 'grrr-rific'!  And if you like how we look...that's great because we may be seeing  you soon with our new "coats" on...
