the start of something really special

so with the baby # 3 coming in a few months...we (er I) thought it'd be best to get the boys situated into their room together sooner rather than later...  We decided to get bunk beds and paint the room so it'd new and fresh and something exciting to look forward to for both of them.  We went with a green paint...neutral... at first i liked it, then i went through a "wow it looks like honeydew melon" phase...now that its all done i do like it.

so excited!  can you see those ORANGE sheets - they are kind of blinding...but he sure does love them!

here's a video i took of the whole room...showing off the new dinosaur/train wall decals (man those things are slick - no damage to the walls, can remove and re add them anywhere, perfect!)

The quilts for each of them are still in progress...Mark has a dinosaur themed one - it's at the quilter's now...and Noah has a train themed one - it's almost ready to go to the quilter's...it's going to make the room look so awesome!  more to come!

I am really excited for them to share a room... so far they have done really well...Mark likes to talk a lot at night - still pretty new for him and getting adjusted with leaving Noah alone so he can sleep...  They like to hang out in there and talk...giggle...pretend the beds are a castle or a zoo...it's so awesome to see...
