if you'll kindly notice to the right of your screen i have posted a new race i am doing on 7/30 at 8am...Shawnee Mission Park - "trail" type running - let it be noted that i got approval from my sister to participate in this race as it is the same day as her wedding reception (in the evening) and i promised that i would not turn my ankle as it was running on uneven terrain...woohoo! another race to train for!
Hi Kate! Good luck on your next race! I just wanted to let you know that if you ever do a race for a cause that you want to raise money for, I am more that happy to do a fundraiser with you selling my cookbook! I did one for race for the cure last month and had a blast! If you happen to run by me as I lazily push my double BOB along the trails, smile and say hi! :)
