oh how i do not like thee Jillian Michael Shred. like is not the word...hate, curse, dislike, avoid, nightmare...hmm what else could i say?
day 1: lots of push ups, lots of lunges, LOTS of jumping jacks (this does not fly with a woman who has had two children and whose bladder doesn't like her already). the only plus is all of this is going to help the abs and back muscles that before mentioned children destroyed during pregnancy... so go me!...go me! through the 20min of work out.
blood sugar after was 42 - bah humbug - yes mom i had some chocolate milk...yes i'll check again before bed...if i'm not above 90 i WILL eat something and probably drink another glass of milk. if i have another day of that under 90 before bed i will probably adjust my basal rates just in case you were all wondering...i know my mom was :)
