day 2 - not too bad - got through it...that's about all. pretty sore in the thighs, tummy, arms...suppose that's a good sign. BS after was 129...
day 3 - i feel shredded, literally...work sucked this week...pretending i was punching Jillian (while we did the kickboxing moves of course) helped a little... still sore...probably will be sore for a while... BS after was 232...ah well..it'll drop eventually.
on a positive note all this working out has helped me sleep better... yay.
