Noah's Birthday - Part 1

I wanted to be able to celebrate Noah's birthday with just the four of us... this past weekend worked out the best for us... we decided to celebrate at LegoLand and boy did we have a good time!

Not sure if you're really supposed to "ride" these, but they sure look cute on them!

This one was definitely a "ride" one and they wanted to take it home!

This was a favorite of Mark's...
he probably could have spent an hour here just pushing the buttons to make the cars go...

Emerald City - pretty cool!

Yellow Brick Road - amazing the details...

This was also a favorite of Mark's -
there was a button that made the house spin and then a fan blew so you could feel like you were in a tornado...

There were two rides at LegoLand, a jungle gym (er' germ factory) of sorts and a movie theater... the rides were fun (shooting game which the boys loved and a wizard ride that went up and down), I was paranoid about the jungle gym...of course... the movie theater was 3D interactive...when they were spraying water on the screen - they sprayed a little bit of water on the audience...pretty cool!

The "Merlin Wizard" ride - if you pedaled like a bicycle then it went up...if you stopped it floated down....

Daddy with Mark - not sure Mark did much pedaling - ha!

Noah pedaled his little heart out...

Looking cool in our 3D shades...

Mark wanted nothing to do with them - can't you tell!?

And we ended up at Fritz's for lunch - nice way to end an eventful day - hamburgers and oreo shakes!  I think he had a pretty good day - he seemed to enjoy all the stuff to try and experience...what more can a kid ask for right!?
